Our aim is to provide Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork services to those who reach out to us in an effort to meet their wellness goals.

The AIM Assistant is a knowledgeable, experienced, team player and highly motivated attendant with great attention to detail who will work dynamically with the Executive of Operations and members of the leadership team to complete special tasks and assignments.

Requirements and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Eager to learn and work well with others.
Good, positive verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain kind, professional and ethical standards with AIM staff, Guests and other business partners.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Provide excellent customer service.
Able to travel to locations AIM currently services (New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan and Staten Island), Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties), Rockland County, Westchester County and New Jersey).
Able to be flexible with your schedule to provide on-the-go assistance for workplace sessions, marketing and social events, along with in-home therapeutic treatments.
Assist Massage Therapists during in-person sessions to ensure a comfortable and productive treatment, including session preparation, maintaining cleanliness of treatment area and providing Guests with the appropriate amenities.
Ensure Guests have completed their intake/Health and Safety Liability form and provide or direct inquiry support.
Perform clerical tasks; organizing and filing Guest reports and other company related documents.
Attend company meetings and provide valuable feedback for company growth.

As a Massage Therapist, it’s important that you are a good listener and communicator in order to achieve your client’s session goals; that you conduct your sessions professionally with integrity and respect to ensure a positive, lasting relationship between you and Guests.

Requirements and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Currently licensed and registered to perform massage techniques in the states of New York and New Jersey.
Currently have liability insurance.
Successfully completed all appropriate educational and training courses from an accredited professional Massage Therapy school or program. (Name of school and year of completion)
Positive feedback from 3 references of their experience with you as a Massage Therapist.
Able to travel to locations AIM currently services (New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan and Staten Island), Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties), Rockland County, Westchester County and New Jersey).
Able to be flexible with your schedule to provide on-the-go Massage Therapy services for workplace sessions, marketing and social events, along with in-home therapeutic services.
Have use of own portable equipment and essentials (table, chair, coverings, bolsters, etc.).
Proficient in various massage modalities and able to apply them to individual Guest’s needs.
Assess Guests’ conditions and customize treatment plans to address their specific needs and goals.
Provide exceptional patient service and ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for Guests.
In good health. In order to promote wellness, we as Therapists must practice wellness – physically, mentally and emotionally. Maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle can help motivate Guests to a better, healthier life.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

As a Massage Therapist Intern, develop the necessary knowledge and gain hands-on training in a variety of massage techniques while pursuing a career in health and wellness. It’s important that you are team-oriented while being able to work independently. You must be professional, engaging, motivational, a good listener and communicator in order to achieve Guests’ session goals.

Requirements and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapy educational program.
Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
Assist Massage Therapists during in-person sessions to ensure a comfortable and productive treatment.
Able to travel to locations AIM currently services (New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan and Staten Island), Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties), Rockland County, Westchester County and New Jersey).
Able to be flexible with your schedule to provide on-the-go Massage Therapy services for workplace sessions, marketing and social events, along with in-home therapeutic treatments when needed.
Proficient in various massage modalities and able to apply them to individual Guest’s needs.
